Edward G Engelhart
Ed Engelhart has had extensive litigation experience in his 30 years of practice. He has served as a mediator on cases in several counties and 75% of his work is dedicated to litigation. Ed appeared numerous times on the Morton Downey Jr. television show as a legal expert and has been hired as an expert witness in personal injury cases.
Mr. Engelhart graduated from Muhlenberg College and obtained his law degree from Seton Hall University. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York, and the U.S. Federal Courts. He has had several cases before the New Jersey Appellate Division and has a published opinion that resulted in new law that affected transferring high school students and their ability to play varsity sports.
